Merchandise delivery is available if you are located within the greater Brisbane area for a charge between $80-120 per pallet depending on distance. You can contact us for freight rate in the office hour or our customer service will give you a follow-up call to provide you with the exact cost after we have received your transaction order.
Delivery is usually made between Monday to Friday either in the morning or the afternoon. We can organise for the courier to contact you an hour prior to delivery if this works better for you. Delivery is generally arranged within 1-2 days of your order being received.
Pick UpIf you placed your order before 12 noon, we can have the package ready for you to pick up from our store before 5pm the same day. If your order is made after 12 noon, your package will be ready for pick up the next day.
